Who we are
Rêve Saveur is a small team that puts its heart into everything it does. Every dish is made with care, and we try our best to make sure everyone has a great time. Here's what guides us every day in Martigny.

Chili, Sichuan pepper, toasted sesame: we respect the original flavors rather than blunting them for the European palate. And we love explaining each dish to you.
Our chef is a graduate of the École Ducasse in Paris. She marries French pastry precision with the aromas of Japan and China — and that is what makes our desserts unique in Valais.

The chef
Yang runs our kitchen. Born in China, she grew up between her grandmother's fresh noodles and the spices of Sichuan — then completed her training at the École Ducasse in Paris.
This double culture shines through every dish: a Mapo Tofu faithful to tradition, fresh DanDan noodles, and pastries that blend Asian flavors with French techniques.
