Healthy Restaurant in Martigny — Rêve Saveur

“Eating healthy” should not mean eating without flavour. Traditional Chinese cuisine has always understood this: fresh vegetables, natural broths, lean proteins, grains. At Rêve Saveur, we have cooked like this from day one — and it shows in every bowl.
What makes our cuisine naturally healthy
- Freshly extruded noodles: no industrial packets, no preservatives. Our wheat noodles are made in our kitchen for each service — firm, natural, easy to digest.
- Homemade broths: our bases are prepared without stock powder or flavour enhancers. DanDan Mian and Mapo Tofu get their depth from preparations made on site.
- Fresh vegetables every day: our bowls contain real seasonal vegetables. The crunch in the Rainbow noodles is genuine freshness.
- Artisan iced tea: our homemade lemonade included in the lunch formulas is prepared without industrial syrup or colouring.

Can Chinese food be healthy?
Traditional Chinese cuisine is built on fresh vegetables, lean proteins and natural broths. At Rêve Saveur, our noodles are extruded to order, our broths are made without stock powder and our vegetables arrive fresh every day.
Which dishes are highest in protein?
The Eggplant Donburi (25 CHF) is often a surprise: it packs 27 g of vegetarian protein thanks to the combination of eggplant, miso-sesame sauce and Thai rice. The DanDan Mian (23 CHF) is also protein-rich with minced pork and fresh noodles.
Are your noodles homemade?
Yes. Our wheat noodles are extruded to order in our kitchen — no industrial packets. The flour, hydration and thickness are controlled for every service. That is what gives them their firm texture and natural flavour.
